COVID-19 Statement & Spa Guidelines

In the events of COVID-19, Exhale a Day Spa is taking every precaution to protect our guests and employees.

As of July 15th, Exhale a Day Spa in Honolulu, Hawaii is open for business.

GUEST GUIDELINES

For your safety and ours, it is important that we adhere to CDC guidelines. Here’s what we strongly encourage our Guests to do:

  • All Guests are required to complete a “Guest Health Form” prior to services being rendered.
  • All Guests Must Wear a Mask When Entering The Spa (includes the Executive Building entrance).
  • Only two guests are allowed to access the elevators.
  • Wash/Sanitize Your Hands. To prevent any spread, please be sure to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. We will also have hand sanitizer located throughout the spa for our guests to use when entering and leaving.

WHAT HAVE WE BEEN DOING TO PROTECT OUR GUESTS AND STAFF?

Exhale a Day Spa is committed to providing a clean, healthy environment for its guests and staff. We have trained our Staff and have implemented proactive approaches to adhere to CDC Guidelines:

  • All Staff will be wearing masks when servicing our guests.
  • Reception Area will no longer be a waiting area unless the party in a group. 
  • Spaced Bookings: Exhale a Day Spa will be having spaced out appointments for our guests in order to limit the spa’s capacity and to leave time for sanitizing after each service.
  • Limited Services & Amenities: Some services may not be available at this time in accordance with Hawaii State health guidelines. Here is a list of services unavailable at this time:
    • Chin/Lip Waxing
    • Lava Stone Massage
    • Muscle Meltdown Massage

    Certain amenities may also not be available until we receive clearance from the Hawaii State Department of Health.
